REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- All clearance items are as is and final sale. Please call us if you have questions about these items before purchasing as we cannot take them back once they are purchased.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund.
- Refunds must be made to the credit card used for the original order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- Original packing slip must accompany the return.
- We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All returns are processed via our website within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once the return is processed. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank.)
- If you'd like to exchange please make a note of it on your invoice. We will contact you if we need additional information.
- Buyer pays return shipping as well as shipping of the exchange item.
- Returns can be brought to the studio.
From time to time, a damage or ﬂaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our items. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/ﬂaw and email us immediately at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days. Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST or DAMAGED RETURN items.
HOW MUCH IS STANDARD SHIPPING?
Shipping is $7.50 or FREE when your order is over $75.00! You can also select "In Store Pick-up" to save on shipping and pick your order up at one of our five locations.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? (Please be aware when ordering that we are expecting delays with processing and shipping due to COVID-19. If you need your order by a certain date we recommend sending us an email first to discuss what we can do.)
Our business hours are M-F 10am-5pm CST. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of the order being placed. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
Please note that item availability is updated weekly, however, in the case that an item you ordered is no longer available before we update the website you will receive an email and a prompt refund, and our biggest apologies for any inconvenience we cause you.
You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Once a package leaves our facilities and is scanned as in transit or delivered we are no longer liable, and you will need to contact the carrier for updates.
WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP?
When in-store pick up is selected as a shipping option, orders are held at the studio location and are ready for pick-up as soon as you receive a "shipping notification" email.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We offer Overnight Shipping through Fedex! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact us if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii. Please keep in mind that this applies during business hours only. Expedited shipping is not free regardless of order size.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
All Overnight orders confirmed before 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service!) We are not able to offer expedited shipment though, so please keep that in mind!
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?
Of course! We certainly can't upset our far away friends! Unfortunately our standard shipping rates do not apply to Canada; shipping outside of the US is $36.00. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information. Shipping outside of the continental United States is not free regardless of order size.=
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is always suggested to make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
